4. Intellectual property

All content displayed on the Cirple application (texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, sounds, videos, data, software) is the exclusive property of Cirple or its partners, and is protected by French and international intellectual-property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, distortion, in whole or in part, of the application or its content, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Cirple.

The processing of personal data collected through the Cirple application is governed by Cirple's Privacy Policy, available in the application and on Cirple's website.

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, users have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of their data. These rights may be exercised at: privacy@cirple.com.
