1. Commitment and Zero Tolerance
Cirple, the publisher of the Cirple application, enforces a zero-tolerance policy against any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). The production, distribution, solicitation, promotion, or consumption of CSAE content is strictly prohibited on Cirple.
Any violation results in:
- Immediate removal of the offending content
- Suspension and permanent termination of the offending account
- Reporting to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and any applicable national law enforcement agency
2. Age Restriction — Adults Only
Cirple is strictly restricted to users aged 18 and over.
- Date of birth is mandatory at registration
- Any user declaring an age under 18 is immediately blocked and cannot create an account
- Any account known or suspected to belong to a minor is immediately terminated and its content deleted
3. Prohibited Content and Behaviors
The following are strictly prohibited on Cirple:
- Any image, video, description, or depiction of sexual abuse or sexual exploitation involving a minor (real, fictional, or AI-generated)
- Any attempt to contact, groom, or connect with a minor for sexual or exploitative purposes
- Any promotion, glorification, or normalization of CSAE
- Sharing, selling, or exchanging CSAE material
- Impersonation of a minor
4. Reporting Suspicious Content or Behavior

- Every profile, message, and post includes a Report button
- Reports are prioritized and reviewed by our moderation team, 7 days a week

5. Moderation and Detection
Cirple combines multiple prevention mechanisms:
- Automated moderation of photos and text via AWS Rekognition and AWS Comprehend, including detection of nudity and inappropriate content
- Human moderation on reported content and escalations from automated systems
- Compliance verification at registration (age, profile consistency)
- Permanent ban of sanctioned users (device + account)
6. Cooperation with Authorities
Cirple fully cooperates with law enforcement and child protection organizations. In the event of a CSAE report:
- Immediate preservation of evidence in accordance with legal obligations
- Transmission to competent authorities (NCMEC, Pharos, police)
- Compliance with judicial requests within legal timeframes
